Education

I took my first college classes in my senior year of high school at the University of Minnesota through the Minneapolis Public School’s Post Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) program. Taking advanced classes in high school gave me the momentum to hit the ground running when I started at Agnes Scott College in fall 2015. At Agnes, I found a wonderful community that encouraged me to continue to take hard classes, seek out research opportunities, and study abroad. In fall 2016, I studied abroad with Budapest Semesters in Mathematics (BSM), where I took challenging math courses surrounded by people that were similarly excited about the subject. The excitement I felt abroad carried me through math courses back at Agnes, where I took a class in abstract algebra. Abstract was such a fascinating subject to me that I decided to take a second semester of it at Emory university in spring 2018. I graduated summa cum laude from Agnes the next year in May 2019.
